Comfort Zone, it is all about you mind game. Your brain is not ready for anything and want’s no change to happen. This is just because your needs to met, you don’t have to worry about anything thus no stress and still you are surviving happily. So, you feel why to waste energy when I have everything running stable. We have come across many such people like this and no doubt if you introspect, you can be one of them. Well, I could be one of them as well.
Each one of us have our own comfort Zone. It is mostly connected to our Psychological, Emotional, Behavioral need which construct and defines the routine of our daily life. Staying in comfort zone may though sound healthy to all of us but it is now a necessity to get out of it to cope up with the happening transitions then grow and transform ourselves.
If we let ourselves to be in comfort zone we may be missing out a lot on gaining new Experiences, Challenges, Learnings, etc and this will cause difficulties down the line on sudden transitions and transformations.

The very best lesson of instability we learned is from the recent Covid 19 Pandemic. While we were in a comfort zone with the same life day in and out, something went terrible and things were upside down. The entire world was in despair.

- Drive a different way to your work and if closely try to walk. Get up little early and take some time to explore your vicinity while on the way to work.
- Every time you have to take the stairs, implement a new way to make it. It could be as silly as doing lunges or squats. It will exercise you simultaneously.
- If you have some extra time at your work, ask for a project that is challenging or help somebody in completing the project they are working on.
- Open conversation with colleagues with whom you don’t normally interact. Understand the way they think.
- Spare some time to take a class on art or music that will entertain you in free time. Join some group who have similar interest.
- Start reading books and share what you have learned in any social media platform (Youtube, Instagram, facebook, etc).
While there are countless options you can choose to start making a change, it is certainly a need for the each of us to get out of the comfort zone, specially the youths of current generation. We have the real time Tools and Gadgets required but we put them to no use.
Utilizing the true potential within you is something that will build you and this will happen only if you understand why you should get out of your comfort zone.
